Megan Macaskill is the Assistant Headteacher at Whyteleafe School and has been teaching there since 2013. She believes that by upskilling teachers and empowering them, they will love teaching maths and therefore their pupils’ will love learning maths. Megan is motivated to grow leadership in others by working collaboratively and modelling her values and beliefs in the classroom. Megan is a Teaching for Mastery Specialist and Professional Development Lead. She has experience of leading a range of work groups including Mastery Readiness, Mastering Number in EYFS, Subject Knowledge Enhancement, Developing and Sustaining. She is currently a School Development lead in training.
