Pip has extensive experience of school improvement in mathematics, working with schools throughout the UK -significantly in some of the most challenging areas. The opportunity to work in the primary and secondary sector has developed her knowledge and appreciation of the continuum of learning and the wider educational landscape.
Working with a wide range of organisations and through different projects has given Pip first-hand experience of research, curriculum development, assessment, and bespoke school support. She has specific interests in the effective use of technology and manipulatives to secure mathematical understanding. Pip has authored materials for use in schools in the UK and abroad.
