Nicola is the Assistant Maths Hub Lead Primary for the London Thames Maths Hub. Nicola has been teaching in primary school settings since 2004. She lead maths alongside her SLT and teaching position, introducing Teaching for Mastery and embedding it in her school. Nicola is a Primary Teaching for Mastery Specialist, an accredited Professional Development Lead as well as achieving an NPQ in Leading Teacher Development. She enjoys working with teachers and schools to further develop their understanding of Teaching for Mastery and seeing the impact this has on the children's learning.
