Karen has been teaching primary mathematics for around 15 years holding responsibility for mathematics within schools, supporting maths improvement as a Consultant and teaching mathematics on ITE courses.  Karen has a deep love of mathematics, especially supporting others to a greater understanding of mathematical concepts, whether as adults or children, and she feels privileged to be able to work with organisations, such as the Maths Hubs, which support this goal too.
